The smart folks with maintenance packages know that their work is guaranteed to be completed within a certain number of days, at a discounted rate, as specified in their maintenance plans.

Folks without a maintenance plan are encouraged to phone to learn more about our current work schedule. Please do plan ahead; we normally schedule work at least two weeks in advance.

As you plan your site updates, please be aware of any upcoming business office closures, which are rare but do occur from time to time.

Generally, we specify estimated 'start' and 'completion' dates before we begin work.
